Occupational Health & Safety
In fulfilment of ISO 45001 requirement and as part of our plan to develop strategic health and safety programs, systems and assurance to manage existing and emerging risks across our operational protect portfolio, a total number of 20 staff were trained for Health and Safety Awareness Training on August 24, 2022.
Training is one of the most important components within our company’s safety management system. It gives employees an opportunity to learn their jobs properly, bring new ideas into the workplace, reinforce existing ideas and practices, and help to put our Safety and Health Program into action.
Everyone in our company will benefit from Health and Safety Training through fewer workplace injuries and illnesses, reduced stress, and higher morale. Productivity, profits, and competitiveness will increase as turnover and workers compensation rates lowers. Health and Safety Awareness Training is conducted in compliance with Vodafone Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirement.
